Shipping

We offer FREE UK shipping on all orders over £30.

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) and are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24, providing fast and reliable delivery with full tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

* Unopened, unused and in their original condition.
* Returned in their original packaging with all seals intact.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened fragrances, perfume oils or personal care products unless they are faulty or received damaged.

If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and photographs where applicable, and our customer service team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
