Returns
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Note: Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used perfumes and beauty products.
How do I start a return?
Step 1: Contact us at info@iconicperfumes.co with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: We'll review your request and send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Step 3: Pack your item securely in its original packaging and send it to:

Important: Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
European Union Consumer Rights (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason under EU consumer protection laws.
The same conditions apply: items must be unopened, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues
What if my item arrives damaged or is incorrect?
We're sorry if something went wrong! Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged or defective item
- The wrong product
- An incomplete order
Contact us within 48 hours at info@iconicperfumes.co with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We'll resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
What items cannot be returned?
For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used perfumes and beauty products (hygiene regulations)
- Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale)
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, aerosols)

Exchanges
Can I exchange an item?
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to get what you want is to:
Step 1: Return your unwanted item (following our return process above)
Step 2: Once your return is approved and processed, place a new order for the item you'd like
This ensures you get your preferred item as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be received.
Refunds
When will I receive my refund?
Processing timeline:
- Within 2-3 business days: We'll inspect your return and notify you if it's approved
- Within 10 business days: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method once approved
- Additional 3-5 business days: Your bank or card issuer may take extra time to post the refund to your account
Total timeframe: Expect your refund within 10-15 business days from when we receive your return.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@iconicperfumes.co.
How will I be refunded?
Refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/debit card: Refunded to the same card used for purchase
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
- Klarna / Buy Now Pay Later: Refunded according to the payment provider's terms
We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts.
